Carter Stewart was on the verge of creating his first feature-length film when Obama appointed him the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio in 2009. Fifteen years later, Stewart has finished his short film “Lyrical” and will share it at the 2024 Montclair Film Festival.
