On November 5, Montclair residents also have to vote for local school board candidates. Six candidates are running for three available seats on the board.
Montclair Local sent each candidate the same questions and gave them an opportunity to share more about their background, their reason for running, the biggest issues facing the district and how they will approach budget cuts/spending. Montclair Local is joining the League of Women Voters Montclair Area and other community partners to hold a forum on Tuesday, October 29, with the candidates running for the Montclair Board of Education. All of the candidates have committed to participating. Register to attend here.
