My 11 week puppy was picked up on the corner of Bellevue and Park Street tonight (Sunday, 10.27). Joggers said it was a woman in a white car that picked her up, probably to help her. She is 11 weeks old, 10 lbs, missing her collar. Please see the picture and call with any information to 917-434-3657. Thank you.
