I’m 99.99% sure this is the same dog that is allowed to roam the neighborhood (which is right next to busy Bloomfield Ave.) I have called animal control numerous times because I was worried about the dog getting hit by a car or worse. This is not the first “missing” pet from that family either. Some people are not cut out for the responsibility.
