Save the date! On May 18 Bike&Walk Montclair and Diamond Cycle invite families to participate in the first ever Montclair Bike Scavenger Hunt!
Solve all the clues and you’ll be entered to win the $1,000 Cash Grand Prize or one of our other prizes, including a new Cannondale bicycle or jet simulator ride valued at $2,500.
The Bike Scavenger Hunt is not a race. It’s a family-friendly event with additional fun activities throughout the day at Lackawanna Plaza, which will be closed to cars throughout the event.
Here’s how it works:
- Register for the event at www.bikewalkmontclair.org. Register before May 5 for the “early bird” discount. The event is $35 per person for Bike&Walk Montclair members and $40 for non-members. Kids under 5 are free. The activities at Lackawanna, including the barbecue, are included with the registration fee.
- They will release the clues on the Bike&Walk Montclair Facebook page at 9 am. You must “Like” them on Facebook to be eligible for the prize drawing.
- Solve each clue by taking a picture of yourself in front of the marked clue and posting it to the Facebook page. Ride at your own pace, whether alone or with friends & family. All clues are in Montclair and are catered to all ages.
- Stop by for additional festivities at Lackawanna Plaza, all of which are included in your registration.
